I lead the conceptual and creative development for seasonal campaigns, evergreen content, and promotional storytelling across digital touchpoints, including paid media, email, web, and social. My designs are data-driven with measurable impact, including increasing an evergreen campaign’s CTR from 0.5% to 5.3% and designing T-Mobile affiliate ads that secured 255 paid accounts and 1,000 trials. Through cross-functional collaboration and mentoring junior designers, I own the creative decision-making process to ensure brand integrity. Simultaneously, I consistently push creative boundaries to evolve the brand’s visual narrative for modern audiences.

Leading the design of marketing assets, I pushed the brand’s visual boundaries to elevate its overall identity and increase subscription growth through performance marketing. From concept to execution, I crafted compelling designs by incorporating Quimbee’s unique illustration styles into emails, social media, and display ads. I independently made creative decisions to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives. Additionally, I oversaw Quimbee’s video marketing efforts, providing art direction to ensure each video aligns with the brand’s identity while driving growth and engagement.

July 2019 - September 2024

As a core member of the Global Brand team, I designed assets to promote streaming content on Max, consistently upholding the brand's identity. I owned every stage of the design process for 360 campaigns, working on high-profile projects such as Max in Spanish, March Madness, and Black Friday. I successfully guided junior designers and collaborated cross-functionally with project managers, strategists, and stakeholders to execute campaigns efficiently under tight deadlines.

I played a major role in launching three global brands: Max, B/R Sports on Max, and Warner Bros. Discovery. I was responsible for developing and refining brand guidelines, design systems, and branded templates. I collaborated with global partners to create content that educated and engaged consumers throughout the transition from HBO Max to Max. Additionally, I designed digital and OOH assets to inform consumers about the latest B/R Sports on Max offerings, adhering to Max’s brand guidelines and managing imagery requirements from multiple sports leagues.

Prior to the Max launch, I led the design of over 150 custom emails and CRM assets promoting the discovery+ streaming platform.

August 2018 - July 2019

After being promoted to lead designer, I assumed the managing role of all print and digital design projects. This included websites, logos, print materials, stationery, and other marketing materials. I worked and communicated directly with up to 20 clients at a time, as well as managed vendors, printers, and a design intern. I also served as the in-house photographer and videographer.
